Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 250ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (plus extra to serve)
- 50g raspberries (plus extra to decorate)
- Handful of mixed berries to serve
Method
- Sift your flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl
- Pour your milk into a measuring jug
- Crack in an egg and add the vanilla extract, then mix until combined
- Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients, and gradually add your wet ingredients until combined
- Mix in the Greek Yoghurt before adding a handful of raspberries and squashing them in with the back of a fork as you go
- Pour into a lined baking tin and add some extra raspberries on top
- Pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
- Serve with extra fruit and yoghurt, or cut into fingers for younger babies
