Halloween is here, so get your little monsters involved in some fun with these Oaty Ghosty Biscuits! Made with no added sugar, and packed with fibre from the oats. Perfect for a seasonal snack!

Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Porridge Oats
- 85g Dates
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp icing sugar
- 1-1.5 Tbsp water
- Black Icing Pen
Method
- First, put the oats, dates, Banana & cinnamon into a food processor and blitz until course.
- Then empty your mixture onto a board or work surface and make it into a ball.
- Now, roll out your mixture to about 1 inch thickness and using a cutter, cut out your ghosts.
- Once they are cut out, bake your biscuits at 200°/180 for 10 mins until golden but still soft.
- Set them aside to cool.
- Mix the icing sugar with the water a bit at a time until you get a thick paste.
- Then, pour onto the cooled cookies with a spoon. Set aside or put into the fridge to set
- Finally, draw your ghost eyes onto the icing with an icing pen and you are ready to enjoy, Happy Halloween!
