Ingredients
- 1 brown banana
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 55g rolled oats
- ½ tsp baking powder
Method
- Heat your oven 200°C or 180°C for fan assisted ovens
- Mash your banana in bowl
- Add your large egg, peanut butter, vanilla extra, rolled oats and baking powder
- Give it a mix
- Line your baking tray with some muffin cases and your mixture (sprinkle some oats on top for an extra bit of texture)
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Enjoy!
